Driving positions

As an Atlas Translogistics driver you will enjoy top quality equipment, a rewarding work environment and an attractive salary package. Specifically you will be assigned, as main or second driver, a new Euro 5 Mercedes Actros or a DAF XF 105 truck, fully equipped for your comfort and safety.

Minimum qualifications required

• Driver's license B+C+E;
• Professional driver's license;
• Clean driving record;
• No previous convictions, regardless of their nature;
• English language at conversational level;
• Sufficient knowledge of vehicle mechanics.

Required experience

You will need to have a minimum 1 year proven experience in international road transportation in order to be considered for employment as a junior driver with Atlas Translogistics. If you have between 1 and 5 years of experience as a professional driver in international road transportation you will receive an on-the-job training for up to 3 months prior to being assigned as the main driver to an Atlas vehicle. The training will be provided by a company senior driver.

If you have more than 5 years experience in international road transportation and are otherwise qualified you will be assigned as main driver on one of the Atlas vehicles.

Safety

For your safety, each vehicle is equipped with a first aid kit, signaling triangle and other safety devices and equipment. For your personal use you will receive a kit that consists of: safety boots, protective gloves, helmet and glasses. For the safety of the cargo, each vehicle is equipped with belts and protective edges.

The Safe Driving Awards program is designed to recognize the merits and reward the Atlas Translogistics drivers who provide safe and accident-free transportation services. The program is also aimed to encourage safe driving and to eliminate preventable incidents.
