Tracking application benefits

Easy Tracking Application provides you 24/7 access to fully detailed information about our collaboration beginning with 1 January, 2010.


When you log in with your uniquely assigned username and password you get 24/7 website access to:

  • View all transport orders issued by your company to us;
  • View all tracking reports issued for each transport order;
  • View personalized reports of our collaboration;
  • Quickly contact the Support Team assigned to you to send feedback or request a quote.

For your convenience, all communication (email and website) is conducted in the language of your choice (Romanian, English, French, German or Turkish).

Tracking updates and customized reports

Tracking updates

The tracking updates offer you full visibility of the entire transit process beginning with the day of the loading up to the unloading at the final destination point. Order color coded system lets you quickly assess if your order is in progress, finished or cancelled.


For the duration of the order implementation, even for quick 2 hours-length orders, there will minimum 2 tracking updates, one with loading and one with unloading information. The minimum standard is one tracking update per day. Urgent orders are treated accordingly and the frequency of tracking reporting may be increased to meet your needs. All tracking updates are available 24/7 on the website and are also sent to you instantly at the email address you indicated upon registration.


For a smooth communication process, you may choose to view your tracking updates and receive the email notification in: Romanian, English, French, German or Turkish. You will be asked about your language preference at the time of registration.


Customized reports


Easy Tracking Application automatically generates customized reports designed to offer you full up-to-date information about our collaboration beginning with January 1, 2010. Each report aims to give you complete insight and control on a specific subject matter, be it turnover, spot vs. contract ratio, key performance indicators and so on. Once a new transport order is entered in our Easy Tracking Application it is instantly included in the reports available for you to view and process.


Each report is tailored to meet your specific needs and is available in PDF or chart format in the language of your preference.
